Birding Spectacles
A birding spectacle can be defined as a concentration of birds large enough to capture the imagination of even nonbirders. They are gatherings of birds in one location at one time so spectacular that anyone would be struck by the majesty of the natural world.

Many birders have expressed an interest in having as complete a list as possible posted on the Web. Compiled here is a list of some of the regularly occurring major birding spectacles.

Spectacles by season:
Spring (March, April, May)
Summer (June, July, August)
Fall (September, October, November)
Winter (December, January, February)
