Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing announces purchase of assets from John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
Effective March 5, 2013, HMH will become the publisher of record for select John Wiley & Sons product, including assets of John Wiley & Sons’ culinary collection, the Webster’s New World Dictionary and the Cliffs Notes Programs.
