I was wondering if you did many watercolors during the making of the films? If so, any chance of releasing them?

Thank you.

I didn’t do that many finished watercolours during the 6 years that I was working in New Zealand –perhaps four or five, plus the three paintings used on the extended edition dvd packs. I think that John did more, capturing some iconic moments from the drama, but I concentrated my efforts on pencil drawings; about 2,500 of them! Sideshow have done limited edition prints of two of the watercolours, one with a frame from the original print of the Fellowship of the Ring movie inserted into the mount, and, since they are limited, there will not be any more editions of those. I’ll just have to do some more paintings!
