Hello All, Happy New Year. Hope all made it through the holidays alright. It's always tough. No matter what I tell myself before Christmas and New Year's I still find it a touch and go time. I express myself very little with husband and others these days. What is...is. What's gone is gone. Don't know what I would do if she showed up at my door. Chuck and I have made up our mind to no longer support the addicts in our families. It's like we are from an entirely different "tribe". We don't belong at any get-togethers because we are not doing drugs nor drinking heavy. In fact I find it almost impossible to talk to any of them.How can all of our families get so scattered and shattered.??Thinking of all of you, Love, Deb
