my beautiful boy

I have recently completed a manuscript that took me almost 7 years to write. Someone had suggested that I read Beautiful Boy and the stories are eerily similar. Mine is somewhat different in that I was a child to addicts then I raised my nephew who became an addict. I wondered how to get this book published and wanted to ask if you had any suggestions? My title is, "Sparrows in a Hurricane: One Family's Courage to Weather the Storm of Addiction and Mental Illness." I loved David's story and actually quoted him in my Epilogue. Thank you David for your courage. It has helped me a lot.
