Returns Address and Policy
Eligibility: All titles purchased on a returnable basis are eligible for return after 90 days from purchase. Titles must be in print, free of price stickers and marks, in salable condition, and returned at the customers expense unless otherwise arranged through Customer Service (phone 800-225-3362). Unsalable merchandise will be denied credit and returned at customer's expense. Returns shipped on a Collect basis without approval from Customer Service will be refused.
Credit: Credit will be issued based on the list price and discount given to purchases during the past 12 month. If no direct purchase has been made, credit will be issued at current list price less maximum discount according to your buying schedule.
